We absorb the world of technology and innovation, and crystallize culture on the other side. The MAP — Metaventions AI Productions — gives that idea a creative life through art, music, experiences, and the people who bring a new perspective.
This outlook has a practical history. Dico has connected business systems, directed the development of AI applications and research tools, created websites and visual materials, and led a youth programme. Each kind of work asks him to translate between an idea, the structure it needs, and the people who will use or experience it.
The original Black Amethyst Capital Key Holdings vision gave that instinct a name. Metaventions AI became a place to build with it. The MAP brings the technical, creative, and human parts of the work together — informed by Toronto, Miami, New York, Monaco, and the wider communities that have shaped Dico's perspective.

The Person Behind It
Founder & Creative Direction
Dico's independent work includes tools for research capture and retrieval, AI-assisted career applications, and digital experiences. He directs development from the initial brief through review, testing, and deployment. His earlier experience in enterprise operations brings an understanding of how systems are used in practice.
Alongside that technical practice are youth-programme leadership, mentoring, and creative production. For The Signature Event in Miami, his contributions included the website, digital communication, and visual content. The MAP gives those capabilities a shared direction: turn what he absorbs into something people can experience.
