Dico's work spans community programmes, enterprise operations, AI-assisted products, research tools, and digital production. Across those settings, the recurring task has been to give an idea structure, make it understandable, and bring the right people into the work.
At Metaventions AI, that means directing the development of useful software and tools for capturing and retrieving research. In creative production, it has meant building the digital presence and visual materials around a Miami event. In community work, it has meant founding a youth programme and mentoring students. The skills feed each other: technical judgment, creative direction, and an understanding of what people need to participate.
Black Amethyst is the thread through it all: absorb the world of technology and innovation, then crystallize culture on the other side. The MAP brings that point of view and that body of work together. The cities, communities, and conversations expand the perspective; what Dico makes with them gives it form.
The Practice Behind The MAP
Dico brings the discipline of systems work, the expression of digital production, and the responsibility of community leadership into the same creative practice.

Through Metaventions AI, Dico directs AI-assisted development, then reviews, tests, and deploys the work. His projects include research capture and retrieval tools, cross-platform context systems, and applications for career workflows.
His experience connecting enterprise platforms and operational workflows informs how he approaches a useful tool: the idea, its implementation, and the people using it all matter.

For The Signature Event in Miami, Dico contributed the website, digital communication, and visual content. The work ranged from responsive layouts and a photographic gallery to event imagery, invitation materials, and sponsorship presentations.
It brought technical execution and creative direction into the same project: how an experience looks, how its story is told, and how people encounter it online.

Dico founded and operated a youth-development programme, leading its operations, community partnerships, and grant reporting. His later mentoring work supported students exploring their next steps.
That experience brings responsibility and follow-through to the idea of connection. A community takes coordination, care, and sustained work from the people involved.

Across 150+ events attended, Dico has spent time with people shaping technology, business, and culture. Returning, listening, and contributing over the years has developed a way of working: translate between disciplines, stay close to emerging ideas, build relationships, and help communities grow.

For The MAP, that means giving relationships time to develop and letting collaborations grow from a real understanding of the people involved.

This sits alongside Dico’s youth-programme and mentoring experience: supporting people, coordinating activity, and keeping the work moving.
